Focus for Day 2: Transformation of Character by biblical values and principles and the exultation of Christ by allowing ourselves to be teachable by Christ.

Genesis 7:1 NLT: “When everything was ready, the LORD said to Noah, “Go into the boat with all your family, for among all the people of the earth, I can see that you alone are righteous.”

Context
In a world where everyone, where wickedness, selfishness, sin, and everything unimaginable was happing, Noah kept his heart for God, obeyed and God taught him specifically what was to be done. He was not only saved but his whole household.

Prayer

  1. God soften our hearts to receive, open our minds to your revelations, open our ears to your voice and lead us where you desire.
  2. Strengthen our circle – (for we are as strong as those around us). Make us steadfast as we march into holiness. (Proverbs 27:17)

2 Timothy 2:1-2 NLT: “Timothy, my dear son, be strong through the grace that God gives you in Christ Jesus. 2 You have heard me teach things that have been confirmed by many reliable witnesses. Now teach these truths to other trustworthy people who will be able to pass them on to others.”

Proverbs 19:20: “Get all the advice and instruction you can, so you will be wise the rest of your life.”

Prayers

  1. As we seek to impact the world, we avail ourselves to your counsel.
  2. Father, we forsake pride and the power of our will. Let you will be done.
  3. Spirit of God through Christ Jesus, burn in us a desire and yearn for humanity, helping to teach, to guide, direct in our little spaces, even when the odds are against us.

Philippians 4:8: “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.”
